4. Advertising & Media Spend

Any advertising budget paid to third-party platforms including Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other advertising networks is strictly non-refundable.

5. Consultation Fees

Discovery calls, strategy sessions, consulting fees, audits, and paid consultations are non-refundable once booked or delivered.

6. Client Delays

BizGrow24 shall not be responsible for delays caused by lack of communication, delayed approvals, missing content, incomplete information, or any client-side dependency.

8. Exceptional Refund Cases

Refund requests may be considered only if:

• A duplicate payment was processed.
• Payment was made accidentally and no work has been initiated.
• BizGrow24 is unable to deliver the agreed service for reasons solely attributable to BizGrow24.
